Unnamed Trialist Posted February 9, 2019 Share Posted February 9, 2019 If you think that currently supporter groups are somewhere around 5% of MLS attendance, we are talking about the potential for them representing 20-25% in CPL, which is quite extraordinary. I think we are going to see supporter culture really driving CPL in the first years, not taking anything away from every other ticket bought. If the atmosphere's are festive and fans enjoy what the supporter's groups bring, not only inside stadiums but in nearby pubs, with marches, we might see a bit of a snowball effect with attendance and see the smaller stadiums sold out.
