kyam
Looks like on top of Juventus & Fiorentina coming to Toronto, ManU & the Celtics will also be coming for a friendly. It looks like ManU will also play in a friendly against Kansas City, Philly & the MLS All-Stars. Hope MLSE isn't tempted to put these clubs up against TFC, cause we don't have the depth to play meaningless friendlies... http://www.thestar.com/sports/soccer/article/805537--man-united-to-face-celtic-at-rogers-centre
JamboAl
Not to be pedantic but the team from the east end of Glasgow is Celtic, not Celtics.
Toronto Ruffrider
The Celtics rule! After they upset the Cavs, Kevin Garnett and co. will make short work of United in this inter-sport classic.
thescottc
We should have a Brian Budd Invitational, where we invite top teams from various sports to compete against each other. Man U vs. Boston Celtics in ice hockey - who wins? How about Detroit Red Wings vs. New Orleans Saints in soccer? (Obviously the Red Wings because of the Europeans, but it would be ironic to see the football kicker suddenly become the star of the team)
