Will TFC utilise the 'Beckham Rule'?

I don't put much credence into the Fieldturf complaints. If you throw enough money at a guy, he'll find a way to play on a lake.

Players better get used to Fieldturf. I am willing to bet that small clubs around the world will adopt it more and more because it saves tons of money over the long term.

Of course players who have spent their lives playing on natural grass, and especially the impeccably groomed pitches used routinely by the top clubs in Europe, will view FieldTurf with trepidation and be critical. But FieldTurf is a reality, especially in North America and players had best just get used to it. As VPjr says, at the end of the day at that level it is the money that talks much louder than the turf.

Would they prefer FieldTurf or playing at Commonwealth one week after the Esks and the Stamps?
