Free kick Posted July 1, 2004 Share Posted July 1, 2004 I doubt it. I do not think that the decision to approve funds for the project has to go to a vote in Parliament. Besides hasn't everything been approved already ? and the only wait is for FIFA to grant the 2007 U20 WC to canada?. If it doesn't go to Canada, then the project is likely dead or entirely in the private hands of the argos ( ie.: no public funds will be available). If the U20 event is awarded to Canada then who would want to be the grinch who pulls the rug on the project.
