marcl_19
QPR played tonight vs Man City in the Carling [English League] Cup.....Bircham picked up a yellow....and from what i can tell by the minute-by-minute update on the barclaycard website (www.4thegame.com) he fouled and got fouled a lot....had a couple shots and took some free kicks...QPR lost 2-0 tho... Wigan Plays tomorow night, though DeVos isn't in game shape yet as i am aware.
Gian-Luca
In other Cup news, Werder Bremen won 3-1 in Extra time in the German Cup against Wolfsburg, Stalteri going the distance once again. Interestingly enough, he appears to have played left back in this match, as familiar Turkish player Umit Davala (he with the Mohawk cut that scored the winner against Japan in the WC) seems to have played at right back. Gian-Luca
Tam Nsaliwa played his customary 90 minutes for Jahn Regensburg as they advanced to the next round of the German Cup with a 2-1 victory over SSVg. Velbert (not sure what division in Germany this team is at). Tam seems to have been a part of the back 3.

Julian de Guzman and Hannover 96 kick off in an hour or so.
sstackho
Radz enters for Everton in the 74th minute, already up 1-0 against Charlton, and that's how it ends.
