I will be in Peru this summer and would like to see us play. I was wondering when the fourth spot for CONCACAF will be determined and if Canada still has an opportunity to qualify. There are paragraphs in the middle about CONMEBOL & CONCACAF confirming quota places between April 1, 2019 to April 15, 2019. Then a reallocation of unused quota places on April 20, 2019. It also lists the "entry by number deadline " as April 26, 2019 .
