Finally, some Canadian futsal news.  They will be playing two games vs Costa Rica on Jan 18 and 20.

Tough 4-5 loss in the first and bad 0-5 loss in the second game. It is nice to finally see some action from Canada futsal, though. Do you know why the roster was entirely domestically based? We probably would've been better off with a couple professional indoor players who play in the States rather than an entire Canada based amateur team.

I'm guesssing that it's because those players were unavailable because they are playing indoor soccer at the same time. PLFQ even paused this weekend so the top players wouldn't miss any games.
