Nations to only win Championship at home

Basically, after watching the US advance to the semi's of the Centario, I got to imagining them winning, at home, again.  And I realised, that they've only every won anything at home.  Same as England.

So basically, I'm wondering if these are the only two?  Has any country other than England (WC '66) and the USA (GC '91, '02, '05, '07, '13) won a major tournament, but only ever as the host?

Wikipedia makes this easy to answer. Counting only the World Cup, Confederations Cup and continental championships for non-youth teams:

World Cup - England (1966)

Africa Cup of Nations - Algeria (1990), Ethiopia (1962), South Africa (1996), Sudan (1970), Tunisia (2004)

Asian Cup - Israel (1964), Kuwait (1980)

Copa America - Bolivia (1963), Chile (2015), Colombia (2001)

CONCACAF Championship / Gold Cup - Haiti (1973), Honduras (1981), United States (1991, 2002, 2005, 2007, 2013)

I guess we can expand this to think about runner-ups or winners who've only done so at home, now that Portugal has reached their first final away from home.

World Cup: Sweden (1958), England (1966)

UEFA: none

CONCACAF: Honduras (1981) *** honorable mention to USA 1993, as they made the final and got thrashed 4-0, but played every match at home other than the final.

AFC: UAE (1996)

COMNEBOL: Bolivia (1963, 1997) *** honorable mention to Colombia 1975, as there was no fixed venue.

OFC: Papua New Guinea (2016), Soloman Islands (2004)

CAF: Libya (1982)

I think that's it.  So, Portugal has left some pretty exclusive company, as from my tabulation, only the above eight nations have only ever reached a final of a major competition at home.  And Bolivia did it twice.
