lots of discussion on mens threads on new leagues starting up in Canada/Ontario , L1O, OPDL, Div 3, Easton report, and so on,confusing. Will there be any womens leagues starting up ot tagging along with any of of above?, what options to women have beyond youth soccer in Ontario, the OWSL?, W League? others? whats the future for the semi pro lady soccer player that may not have the quality to crack the wpsl yet want to play at a high level?

Any woman in Canada wanting a professional future needs to get out of the USL W league level and go off to Europe or to clubs in Brasil ( for the Copa do Brasil ). We need to not just go to the Scandanavian countries, but into Spain and France as well as playing over the Winter in England with hopes of catching on to a summer women's team in England or elsewhere.

Players should not just look at top clubs but at lower level clubs in league standings to enquire about tryouts and salaries/expenses.

Start at Fifa.com then go to the national associations and drill down to find leagues and clubs.
