I think the city will need more than an equivalent field.

Double the capacity at least, then you can get the clubs and leagues behind you on it.

Lamport is not an option cause we lose capacity.

Already have one bubble, so a new facility should be two fields at least.

on a hot day, watering the turf is critical. the roll of the ball slows noticeably on a very hot day if the turf hasn't been soaked beforehand
