The key question is whether their very best will participate but all indications are that most of their best players will be here. Then Brazil and Argentina could field many teams anyway. The key point is to understand the pressures in some of these countries. Agents and teams are very concerned about player value. As they will go to the Copa America, unless for some odd reason they really prefer to go to the U-20 WC.
