The Premiership club revealed the condition, which was diagnosed on Wednesday, has been caught early - and Brady is expected to have an operation early next week. She told her club's official website: "Obviously this has come as a big shock to me and my family. But I am in very capable hands, and diagnosing the condition this early is very encouraging. "I would like to thank everybody for their messages of support and I plan to be back at work as soon as I possibly can." Birmingham's commercial director Perry Deakin and financial director Roger Bannister will jointly assume Brady's responsibilities in her absense. She is expected to return to work in a month's time. --------------------------------------------------------- I hope everything goes well, best of luck to the pesch clan

bmac
Amen to the observations of Sigma and Gian-Luca. Much better to have diagnosed the aneurysm and set up the surgery than having to respond to the resultant stroke or worse, had it gone undetected and worsened.
