Massive Attack
Andrea Lombardo has signed a pro contract, according to an article that ran in Corriere Canadese in italian and in Tandem News in english. The contract runs until the summer of 2009. The article also mentions that Andrea trains all week with the senior team. On Friday the coach decides whether he travels with the senior team for the Serie B match, or stays with the Primavera (Youth) team. The Serie B match that he did play in was due to an injury to another player. Overall, great news for Andrea. Gian-Luca
More good news as well for the 2007 WYC. Not that they were poor in 2005, but Johnson & Lombardo should be even better with two more years of pro experience under their belts by the time 2007 rolls around.
