sstackho Posted February 14, 2005 Share Posted February 14, 2005 Remember that the WE teams/uniforms/flags/players are customizable via the option file. Once you get the right option file on your memory card, it's 95% like it has a license (i.e. no announcing of unlicensed team names). You can get the option file from your computer to your PS2 if you have an X-Port, or a modchip, or access to someone who has the file on their memory card.
