Paddy
Carl Fletcher may not be the greatest anouncer, but at least he didn't anounce who had one the group after the Portugal game. Thanks Vic, you bonehead!
Paddy
Oops, guess I should have run the spell checker. Anyway, if you are just watching the Por/Spn game turn off your volume at the end or you will hear who won the group.
Vancouver Fan
Because of Fathers Day I watched the Spain game at my dads house. He has Telelatino and not FSWC.The announcers there were continually giving updates of the Greece match.
Paddy
Vic promised that they would do their best not to give away the result. I guess he didn't factor himself in the equation.
DJT
I think it's pretty clear based on the players' reactions at the end of the game. I actually followed both games as they were being played, FSWC and TLN for Portugal vs. Spain and Web matchtrackers for Russia vs. Greece, and it was more exciting that way, rather than trying to avoid the score of Russia vs. Greece just to watch it later. I don't want to say exactly what was so exciting about it because that would give away the ending (even though I wanted to know, I understand others don't).
