KingBilly
Here are a couple of interesting articles outling the German and European Youth System. Maybe our National, Provincial and District Associations should have a read. Since we have no clear direction from the CSA and every Province seems to be building ther own LTPD, it might be worth a look. It's always good to look at a successful model. Don't always have to reinvent the wheel. If we truly want to get to the World Cup and have a respectable National Programme, then we need to get serious and start doing the right things. I find that we have a lack of vision and true leadership in the Soccer Associations in this Country. They get bogged down in Politics and minutia that does nothing for progressing the game. http://www.businessinsider.com/germany-youth-system-2014-7 http://static.bundesliga.de/media/native/autosync/dfl_leistungszentren2011_gb.pdf http://www.ecaeurope.com/Research/ECA%20Report%20on%20Youth%20Academies/ECA%20Report%20on%20Youth%20Academies.pdf
