Timberwolf
Gordon Head and Cordova Bay Soccer Club is hosting it's 27th annual Jamboree the weekend of April 8-10, 2011 and we are looking for teams. Our tournament is open to boy's teams U11-U14 and girls teams U11-U18 at both the competitive (metro/gold+) and recreational (gold, silver, bronze) levels. Our tournament regularly attracts 150+ teams and 3,000 players but this year we are hoping to attract a few more. We are particularly interested in adding boys U15 and U16 divisions to our tournament should there be the demand. We are very excited to announce that our presenting partner this year is the University of Victoria. As a result we look forward to adding five high-calibre fields (three FIFA 2 artificial turf, two natural) to our existing facilities at Tyndall Park (one FIFA 2 artificial, one natural) and Lochside Park (one FIFA 2 artificial, one natural). We are also hoping to attract some international teams as well as clubs from Alberta and Washington State so both the competition and facilities should be excellent. We are in the process of developing our new Jamboree website, so in the meantime please check-out our website http://www.ghsa.bc.ca/gh_jamhomepage.asp or contact me for more information. Cheers, Drew Smyth Vice President GHCB Soccer Club drew@resolveconsulting.ca
bettermirror
Awesome! I played in this cup about 18 years ago! Loads of fun! (Yes, we won - probably why it was so fun!)
