Richard Posted February 17, 2006 Share Posted February 17, 2006 Since the Whitecaps announced their vision for the stadium, last October, close to 10,000 entrants have registered for priority ticket purchase rights for the first year of the proposed Whitecaps Waterfront Stadium.
