argh1 Posted March 22, 2005 Share Posted March 22, 2005 Starts Thursday in Edmonton. #1 ranked Univerity of Alberta Golden Bears. #2 ranked Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus #3 ranked University of Western Ontario Mustangs #4 ranked Université de Québec Trois-Riviéres Patriotes #5 ranked University of Saskatchewan Huskies & #7 ranked University of Manitoba Bisons U de Moncton is the most succesfull AUS team having won the national title 4 times. Saskatchewan is actually there as the "Great Plains" champion - even though they were always part of Canada West, Alberta there as Hosts but since they are also Canada West Champs, Manitoba is there as a result of the playoff between Great Plains Second (Manitoba) and Canada West Second (Clagary IIRC).
