Montry Posted September 1, 2004 Share Posted September 1, 2004 MADRID, Spain (AP) - Israel Castro struck a 70th-minute goal as Mexico's Pumas downed Real Madrid 1-0 to lift the Santiago Bernabeu Trophy on Tuesday. Pumas' excellent soccer gave it a deserved win in the 26th edition of the trophy, which has been disputed annually since 1979, and usually features Madrid and an invited foreign team.
