The Canada international asked to end his three-year stay at Goodison Park but manager David Moyes has stated his intention to keep Radzinski, a £4.5 million signing from Anderlecht in 2001. The 30-year-old, who has one year left on his current contract, has been offered a 12-month extension to his deal. Ian Ross, the club's head of public relations, told the Everton website, www.evertonfc.com: "I can confirm this morning we have received a written transfer request from Tomasz Radzinski. "However, the club wishes to announce that we have rejected the request."
