wlatz Posted February 20, 2004 Share Posted February 20, 2004 After a long time here's an update: First some good news: He's been with the team away to preparation camp and played in some matches. He's also been named as one of the players to have a place on the bench, which was just a dream 3 months ago. Now some bad news (for you): I saw him on Saturday in game vs. 3rd division side, which he played for whole 90 minutes. To say the least, he looks bad. He played on the right wing because Croatia U-21 international was rested and coach wanted to check the alternatives. He'll have a hard time fighting for minutes at Osijek because player he was replacing is 2 classes above him... During that 90 minutes all that Dutra showed were some routine passes to defenders. He tottlay lacks the speed, initiative and probably courage to do something more. Maybe his problem is in the head... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
