Montreal Impact president Joey Saputo will "unveil a major change in the development structure of the club" at a press conference Wednesday in Montreal.
Details of the announcement have yet to leak out, but speculation is that it will have something to do with the CSA ruling today. That along with NASL struggles could force the Impact into a small step back for one year before going to MLS in 2012.
