I agree Belgium is a better overall league but transfermarket means absolutely nothing.. just look at Alphonso Davies.
Here is what I’ll say.. MLS has better top players but the average MLS starter isn’t as good as the average Belgian league starter.  I believe a starter in Belgium could move to mls no problem but the opposite wouldn’t always hold true - it’s just a tougher and more professional environment. There are a lot of examples of interchange between the leagues.

A large portion of the blame absolutely falls on the referees who have allowed the game to get to this stage.
We should all be able to agree on two points:
    1) divers should be punished
    2) thugs should be punished
End of story.  Both are equally annoying but one has been policed much better.  There are no more Vinnie Jones playing serious football but there are divers at every turn.
I do think the refs have done a disservice to the sport by calling their own bastardized version of the game rather than by the book.  For example, if you allow play for an advantage give the player a card after the play stops (if warranted).  This is rarely done.  Normal fouls in the box are never called either - this encourages diving.  If it’s a foul at the centre circle it’s a foul in the box.  A player shouldn’t have to go down like they’ve been shot to get a penalty.
But this is the world subjective refereeing has created.  It’s 2019 it shouldn’t happen .. let’s call the game by the book and have video ready to break it down if needed.  No more bullshit.  And if a dive isn’t called in the game and the player gets away with it he has cheated the sport and league - throw the book at them.  If they dove it should be a minimum 2 game suspension. And who cares if it’s your star player? This shouldn’t be like MLS.

LSAT score + GPA + and/or story of exceptional circumstances.
Tell him go to law school in the UK if he really wants to be a lawyer and can't get a good LSAT score. He will still need good grades in the UK for the Canadian province he wants to practice in to accept his degree. Also needs to pass a bunch of other equivalency exams. If there's a will there's a way.
Sounds like fiction with weak excuses.

Any team that can put two goals by the USA we should be wary of... we haven’t done that since when?
I was discussing with a friend how in 2013 vs Martinique our two best players were Teibert and Johnson and now both are fringe on the MNT despite being at prime ages.  Shows how far we’ve come and how crazy it would be to not smack Martinique this time though.  We owe them one and they weren’t nearly as good in qualifying as us.
This should be similar to our games against FG except hopefully we can keep a clean sheet though.

This centre circle app is a disaster.  This set up is literally going to account for thousands upon thousands of people skipping CPL.

Horrible move.  No casual wants to put in this amount of effort to get a ticket.

Where it gets tricky is if you are buying tickets in multiple CPL cities.  I was very confused at first because I couldn't get any tickets in my Center Circle App.  My Valour account used the same email address as my previous ticketmaster account but it kept telling me I didn't have any tickets.  I kept trying over several days, and then one day it finally asked me if I wanted to link my existing TM account to my Valour account (it turned out the passwords were just slightly different).
I still couldn't figure out how to get my tickets that I purchased for the games at Halifax, Pacific and Edmonton though.  When I bought seasons in Halifax, I was told I had to use an email that wasn't already connected to a TM account, so I just assumed I had to use a different email for Pacific.  When I bought the Edmonton tickets, I was running out of email addresses, and I was able to use the same email that I used for Pacific.
Eventually I tried changing my 'preferred team' in the app.  When I selected Edmonton, I could then login to my Edmonton ticket manager account and the tickets showed up.  If I change the preferred team to Pacific, I can access my Pacific tickets.  It seems weird that I can't have one preferred team and still see all of my tickets in the ticket area, but it might have worked that way if I used the same email for all.
In the end, I have tickets purchased on 3 different emails, and spent several frustrating days trying to figure out how to get all of the tickets on my phone.

I’d be disappointed if we lost to Costa Rica.  Not shocked because they’re a good squad but disappointed because we are right there and can beat them.
In terms of young talent we are head and shoulders above Costa Rica and have only added to it since 2017, when we drew them.
They have the advantage in experience and some skilled players but they are in decline (not rapidly but still).
Even though I would give them credit for all that experience let’s not forget we have one of the most experienced players in concacaf in Atiba.. I don’t know how everyone always forgets that when they talk about “experience”.  Atiba is arguably more experienced than any player on Costa Rica save Navas.
Since 2017 we have added some pretty impressive pieces and our young players have only gotten better.
Does anyone know the last year we played mexico and USA in competitive matches in the same year?  This is exciting prep for WCQ.

Agree but this is the best group of players we have ever had.  Mexico will have another group of youngsters move to Europe in the coming years.  They produce the quality in constant waves.
We could always produce an upset but honestly Mexico is hands down better top to bottom.  I am curious as to why you would think that believe that Lozano, Tecatito, Raul & Chicharito are inferior to Cavallini, Balou, Larin, Millar & David or why you think Herrera, Guardado, J Dos Santos, Gutierrez is inferior to Arfield, Atiba, Osorio, MAK & Piette?
Vela doesn't seem to be a part of El tri's plan but is probably the best player in the MLS in his 30s.
I get that our current core is much younger than Mexico's current core but I find it very hard to believe that anyone truly believes we are as good as Mexico anywhere in our lineup.
