Atletico Ottawa will announce Spanish international Mista as their first Head Coach/GM later today. Mista starred for Valencia and Atletico Madrid before closing out his playing career with Toronto FC in 2010. He leaves a job coaching youth football with Rayo Vallecano in Spain.
