The pattern with TFC's CanPL loans that I see is it's mostly guys that TFC aren't really keen on long term (Telfer, Dunn, Romeo, Mohammed, Hundal). They seem to like keeping their top prospects close. I doubt Hugo Mbongue gets loaned out, for example.
