He's born and raised in Canada and counts as a Canadian for roster and lineup purposes. It seems silly to list him otherwise

What do the flags represent though? The nation a player has chose to represent internationally, or how the player counts according to CPL roster rules. Those things aren't always consistent, but if the league takes a consistent approach I don't see the problem
