If Valour were to earn any sort of result today, they would be almost in touching distance of the rest of the league, who haven't really separated themselves, Ottawa aside. Better than I would have hoped for going into the season.

It's not happening though. Cavalry wins 2-1.

For all the punters out there Valour currently paying 7.4 to win.  Weeee!!!

There'll be some goals in this one so choose your poison.  Jon-o's score line above pays 1.65, which feels about right.  Stack a correct scoreling bet paying 8 to 1 and a lad could make a tidy profit.  BTW, a Valour 1-2 away win pays out at 22 so if you've got some house money burning a hole in your pocket and are feeling good about today....just saying.

Hoping the mid week Vs Cup fixture has done Cavalry more harm than good.  Don't know though.  Spirits could be boosted by the result and I will never underestimate esprit de corp.  Never.

I would have continued with Murasiranwa over Viscosi. I guess we're looking at a back four of Antonoglou, the two Greeks, and Alarcon? Campbell in midfield? Not the worst configuration Valour has fielded this year. 

Hopefully Hundal shows something for once.
