Clare Rustad is right!  No holds barred about the back 4 being disjointed.  We should have been punished by Brazil but Sheridan saved us as well.  But a win is a win.

I really like her honest and precise analysis, that was very sloppy at times and Sheridan really deserves her POTM recognition!

Obviously she should continue to be selected until she decides she no longer wants to be, but what is Christine Sinclair meant to provide for this team? She is still capable of the occasional moment of brilliance or sublime touch, but her lack of pace put Canada on the back foot several times in the second half.

Some people might feel her words bold, but I like this No Sugar Coating analysis style.

The whole team was disjointed.  There was little support off the ball.  Little rhythm to the attack.  Sinclair may not have the same energy as her teammates anymore, but this team is sorely in need of some quality on the ball.  There doesn't seem to be much clear purpose in the attack.  Perhaps that is where Sinclair can still contribute, as a general on the field.
