Dual national defender has accepted Canada's squad invite. She repped the US at the u17 level and was lone Canadian selected at this year's NWSL draft. Her mother was a Canadian volleyball player while her father was a NFL player and also played with the Argos for 1 year in 1995.

She was invited more recently to a U.S. U23 Camp where she even played against Sinclair.

Only in friendlies perhaps? No one-time-switch needed to rep us?

I couldn't find her here:

When I read this, it reminded me of her dad's days with Argos in 1995 when Brett suited up in 5 games for the Double Blue. I actually was able to find an autograph he signed for me from that season. He previously played for the Packers and Rams, appearing in 27 NFL games. Wishing Sydney all the best in her pursuit of cracking the national team roster. She is certainly is on the right path.

Good post-game panel - to my mind, Clare Rustad is the best of the pundits in the Canadian's women's game.

Coming here to post the same.  She is one of the best pundits, period.  She needs to do more, time to get her doing men's games as well.  I noticed TSN had her on a clip as well as her work on Onesoccer so maybe it's coming.
