Based on how these countries historically have done, Verdes from Belize would be the easiest draw. Belize hasn't won or drawn a game in the last 6 competitions (that's all 5 CONCACAF Leagues, and 1 Champions League). The Caribbean teams next, with the Domincan Republic team possibly a bit easier, as Jamaican teams have made it to the CONCACAF League 5 times vs Dominican Republic 1 time. Those 5 Jamaican teams have combined for 4 wins, and advanced out of their first round 1 time. Waterhouse has made it to CONCACAF League 2 times, winning 1 game.

After that things get tougher, with Guatemala and Nicaragua doing a bit better than Caribbean teams, and CD Aguila is probably the strongest team in the pot by a bit (if not Pacific).

A truly appropriate honour for the Gator.  He is a terrific human being and a undeniable supporter of Canadian soccer. Gutted I was unable to attend today’s game to buy him a beer or three to celebrate this most deserving recognition.  My best to Gator and John.

Yeah, and the wiki also has Herediano as CRC1, with only CRC2 vacant. So presumably there is at least one correction to be made on the wiki as well.

I think it's an accessible draw for Pacific, on paper they're one of the weaker teams. Return match at home.

Point taken about Pacific's form lately, but this is in 6 weeks.

I heard to today that they are an older team and it is out o season for them. Let's hope a return to form is begun by today's draw at York.
