Valour have 4 wins and 1 loss v Atletico Ottawa.

Valour favoured, paying 2.30 for a win.   Not touching that one, it's a new look Atletico and same-old same-old Valour to my eyes.  So far anyway.

Sound like Levi is back so expect him on the back right.  Or not.  Lots of elbow room in the Valour locker room these days. 

Am expecting a few goals today.

Even if it’s a foul it’s outside of the box, officiating in this league is embarrassing

I will say that the absence of AJB had been highly noted but Brett Levis in my mind is right up there for team performance. He really came alive to end last year and really helps the teams offensive system.

Too bad he’ll be out injured again within a couple weeks. 
 

Nice goal by Riggi. Akio looks more dangerous today too.

Definitely a stone cold foul in the buildup there, but Valour can hardly complain after the penalty. Sirois a shocker to let that one in. Should easily have been saved.

Wanderers not scoring... former Wanderer with a brace.  Valour looks really good or whatever Ottawa is doing at the back looks really bad.

Valour may need to score 3 or 4 a game to get wins this year. Should be fun if they do! 

Akio has matches where it looks like he can do whatever he wants. Other games he's invisible. More of the former and fewer of the latter would go a long way.

I don't think you can fault Ingham on any of the goals. Sirois' reputation as a top keeper in CPL was almost entirely down to a hot start with AJB playing in front of him in the bubble last year. Nothing special since.

Who is tops in the league though? All have clear flaws.
