Defending Champions Guelph United missed playoffs by 1 point with ProStars win on the final day

Just a friendly correction. In the score section, you put it down as 2-0, despite you correctly reporting that Simcoe had a goal.

Indeed. Vaughan Azzurri did win away to HFX Wanderers in the second leg of their 2019 series, but the CPL club advanced due to overall away goals.

On the TFC vs Montreal broadcast, Luke Wileman mentioned that 2 of that game's goalscorers, Alistair Johnston and Kamal Miller, both played for Vaughan in L1O in the past, and he went on to mention that Vaughan won the final and will be in the Canadian Championship next year.

Surprised Ferrin has never been given a shot at a CanPL side.  Unless he just has a better paying job outside of soccer. Pacific signing him instead of Jordan Brown when Diaz left would have been a far better signing.

Speaking of, he just got L1O MVP. 15 apps, 23 goals has to be worth a look from a CanPL side.
