If I recall correctly, he was a sub twice in MLS last season and played one full match in the Vs" Cup. He must have impressed in pre-season! However that excitement has decreased upon realizing that there isn’t even a single other midfielder on the bench tonight!! So this seems like more or less a forced decision.
