Updated the broadcast links in the opening post.

Radio-Canada online have the same commentators as the TV broadcast but for the CBC (English language) streaming feed it's not Nigel and Claire. Weird.

I get the sentiment but this isnt the first time they did this to tey and boost Beckies confidence. Sinclair should be taking that every time.

The chileans are really not any where close to Canada’s level.  That’s why it was concerning when after 35 minutes it was still 0-0.

Goal aside (and that beauty of a run from Prince) the last 15 minutes of the half was some of the sloppiest play I have seen from us. There has also been some nice play earlier in the half and a huge boost for Janine that she has needed for a long time. 

Hopefully we come out strong in the 2nd half and wrap this up quickly.

We need a 3rd or 4th goal for Goal Difference. If team GB draw with Japan later today, we want to go into our final match only needing a draw.

Its hard to tell where you will be drawn in the quarter finals when you have three group 12 team tournamnent.  So, to be honnest,  i am not sure that Goal diff will matter.  The last games in the group will be played more or less at the same time.  

The US lost their first game, so you wouldnt want to sweat it to finish first and build up a good goal diff only to find out that you will play the top rated side in the quarter finals.   That could happen.

Absolutely. Do everything you can to finish in the top 2 in the group, then see who you get in the QF.

Well that was very much the good, the bad and the ugly. A win is a win though. 

Simply can't be that sloppy and that toothless with our crossing. Still some nice play on occasions and Buchanan was looking beastly again.

A win, yes. A draw...depends on what happens between Japan and Team GB.
