Ansem
According to Onesoccer hang out, Cavalry was close to send Dominick Zator on loan to a Championship club but it felt through. This could be revisited in the next window but there's no dout in my mind that he's not staying to CPL very long. One of the few who I would put in the CanMNT and not blink at defense. Future is bright for this one Edited October 6, 2020 by Ansem Ivan, dyslexic nam, toontownman and 2 others 4

Shway
He’s one of the best defenders in the CPL, I was actually surprised that Waterman went before him. From getting released by a USL squad to a probable loan spell/option to purchase in the EFL Championship; all within 3 years. That is the definition of an upswing. How awesome is that? SpursFlu
CB is probably the outfield position that needs the most seasoning and experience. CBs are also rare commodity in world football right now Nate3322
Ansem
No calls from MLS clubs for Zator according to Wheeldon besides the failed Championship loan deal. Thinks that Zator is as good as MLS defenders or even better but provided great insight on him and why he's not getting MLS calls johnyb
Dominic94
Yea I just listened and it's crazy, it seems like Canadian MLS teams rate the CAN PL but the American ones don't, also he's an international so that does not help him ? Unless because he's a Whitecaps grad he isn't ? I think that CDN MLS teams will end up with a huge advantage picking up out of the league because of its cheap talent, but there needs to be more Waterman's. Crazy that the Championship rates him and the MLS does not.
El Diego
Cavalry FC reporting that Zator (amongst others) is not coming back for the 2021 season. They specifically mention that he rejected their contract extension offer to explore free agency. https://cavalryfc.canpl.ca/article/cavalry-fc-confirms-player-departures-from-the-2020-roster Hope he has a move lined up. Dominic94
I don’t think he’s leaving Calgary just to go elsewhere in Can PL, surely someone in mls would Atleast invite him to camp. I’m hard pressed to think that no MLS team wouldn’t sign him cheap for a year or so. @GlassCity any of you sources know what’s up with him ? Whitecap interest ? toontownman
Stryker911
He seemed pretty on par with Krutzen who is on trial with a top division Swedish team. Would be cool to see him get a chance in Scandinavia. hamiltonfan, Nate3322, HochelagaFC and 1 other
toontownman
He was lined up for a move in Europe that didn't pan out a few months back. The smart money would be there.. except wouldn't it have happened by now? Must be some MLS interest. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him at the Caps training camp. Whether he has enough to persuade them to dump a CB is another matter. N1ckbr0wn and Dominic94
Obinna
The caps makes a lot of sense because of his ability to play right back. He could compete with JN for minutes while giving them another CB option. He scored against them in the Voyageurs cup and obviously knows the club from his developmental years. The caps brought Didic in for a trial so we know they are not against taking a look at CPL players. All of that said, I think England may be where he ends up given the rumors from a few months ago. Mid table League One perhaps? Top flight Scandanavia would be cool too. N1ckbr0wn and badname22
