That is....off-putting.

Jakovic and Kaye to start for LAFC, which means that they will start more Canadians than either Montreal or Toronto did in the first game of this tourney.

Chapman on in the 65th minute for Miami against NYRB. Johnston starting for Nashville against DC. Lots of Canucks seeing action tonight and we haven't yet got to LAFC vs. Vancouver. This is

Minnesota with St. Clair in goal and Edwards not in the squad has taken a 2-0 lead on Seattle and is most likely winning the western conference and going to mls cup..so at least one canadian will win mls cup this year..will it be backup jordan hamilton on one side or st. clair and edwards on the other

Aw f**k.  I did not want to see Seattle make it to a finals without TFC being there.

I have to say, their crosses and corner kicks were impressively accurate.  Each time, they picked out the head of a Sounder in a swarm of Minnesota players.  Minnesota seemed unable to stop the plays developing in their goal area.

Looking back this one is all on heath as he had great options on the bench for this type of situation with 20 min to go but just didnt make the required subs..very bad game management from him just like the open cup final last year..ownership needs to have a talk with him and find a solution..maybe bring an assistant who will advise him on what to do in those situations..a coaching change would be extreme with the results they are getting

The two days less rest that Minnesota had vs. Seattle (which frankly, is inexcusable scheduling) really showed up at the end of this one.

They definitely looked like they lost their legs and were just holding on, and then the breakdowns in marking resulted in goals.

Congrats to Seattle, it takes some doing to be outplayed in all four MLS Cup finals you have been in.

Jordan Hamilton wasn’t dressed for the match but was seen celebrating with his teammates moment after the final whistle. He will get a 2nd MLS Cup ring, even if he only saw 13 min of playing time this time round. Congrats to Jordan!
