ESG Shawn
Long shot, but I'm going to be in NYC with some friends for this one. I'll be at Smithfield Hall or Football Factory (both near MSG, wherever is more fun) if anyone else wants to watch with some Canadians.

Probably had something to do with the 2-0 win but they bought me a couple post-game rounds. Only slightly made up for the "it's all your fault" chants on the goals

I think we're still trying to solidify a good go-to place that can work with us ... Scallywags is a no can do. They have buggered us too many times going there, never again. There are two Toronto locations, possibly a third. There is a conflicting Leafs game, so it is not so simple to do. The Pint has a private room booked via Footy Talks. Holds 100 people Cloak & Dagger is a small pub, but we know the bar tender so we have the run of the place. No leafs collision there. Shoeless for people in the west end is also on the table, just waiting to hear back. Free kick
Admin
Before anyone says fuck the leafs... blah blah ... you have to do the bar business math on this. Even if 50 of us show up to watch 1 Canada game a year, it is not good business to piss off the 10 guys who show up to watch 89 Leafs games a year and 50 Raptors games a year........ ect.... Those ten regulars are worth more than 1000 of us showing up to a bar. This is why it can be hard to find a bar for something that is rare and essentially has no schedule and conflicts with almost everything they regularly do. sstackho and Shway
