USMNT and USWNT games have just been cancelled, not looking good for the qualifiers...

Essentially they could do it all behind closed doors if the players have been screened and are already there. Don't think Canada have left yet. At that level they likely aren't losing as much money on the gate as senior games or big league sports.

CONCACAF suspends the Champions League, that just leaves the qualifying, hoping for the best , I am flying into Guadalajara on the 20th.

Why? They have much lower covid 19 cases than US or Canada (assuming everyone's reporting is legit).

3 of 4, or 3-4...I would think Choiniere would be the odd man out.

If things have cleared up that fast, I think leagues will be trying to finish their seasons then.  

Most have written off the Euros for that time period here.

Health concerns aside, maybe we will be allowed to name a new roster (both 50-man & 20-man) if ever the competition gets played so we can have ZBG and other players that weren't granted leave too.

So those who speculated ZBG would have been held back made the right call. That is, unless he was being saved for the senior games, which I doubt.

Assuming the tournament is pushed back a year, here is the players from the provisional list that would no longer be eligible: 

Gk: Pantemis, St. Clair

Df: Cornelius, Godinho, Meileur-Giguere, Miller, Montgomery, Sturring

Mf: Shome

Fw: Twardek, Zanatta

Our already weak defence takes a pretty big hit, but our expected offence weapons will all be a year older, which could be huge.

In comparison, of the 2 teams that announced their squads on the Mexican team 12 of 20 players are no longer eligible and for the US 9 of the 20 will be too old.
