I came across this tweet from a Vancouver Whitecaps coach Sam Heap talking about US Academy teams:

Is it also true for Canadian teams or are they more skilled and able to play out of the back and through the midfield while holding possession? Also, in general are Canadians more skilled on the ball and play less kick and chase and hoofball?
