aloyol
According to Soccer Quebec on FB, Olivieri is the new U17 MNT head coach. He will also act as an assistant coach to John Herdman.

Big_M
Was head coach of FC Lanaudiere in PLSQ in 2016 and 2017. Finished 6th out of 7 in 2016 and 5th of 7 in 2017. Team is not doing better now without him as they are last

masster
Is it safe to assume that Program Director is the same as head coach?

Well, when I first posted about this, Québec Soccer FB page was announcing Olivieri as the U17 MNT head coach. Then toontownman posted a CSA link and I saw this was related to the U20's so I assumed Québec soccer made a mistake. I don't think head coach and program director are the same thing so I'll change the title back to U17 MNT head coach as reported by Québec Soccer. They went from being run by a club to being run by the Regional Soccer Association. He was also the techincal director of the Regional Soccer Association in Lanaudière. He quit to focus on that. This year they brought Mike Vitulano to replace him, but he left to work for Soccer Québec. So, they brought in a new coach Joey Cortese. I don't think he did a bad job at Lanaudière because they were really good early on because Moojen scored a lot of goals for them and I think Sebrango also played a year.
