KMB
Horrible sloppy playing, but what an exciting finish. Never in my life did I think I would find myself shouting out loud at a T&C vs SVG game. And that commentator was killing it. So dramatic. Love it hamiltonfan
shorty
There was one female fan at the end who was absolutely losing her s***. Couldn't see her, but you couldn't not hear her. Will be some kind of party on Turks and Caicos tonight I would bet.

CanadianSoccerFan
Barbados goalscorer is named Holligan but of course the graphic on screen spells it as "Hooligan" and the commentator is even referring to him as "Hooligan"

Stryker911
There is a ton of talent in Guadeloupe-curacao game. Guadeloupe back line is 1 guy from Ligue 1 and 3 from Ligue 2. In mid, a guy from La Liga and one from Ligue 1 and at forward from Greek Superleague. While Curacao's keeper is from PSV, on D, 1 from Stoke, 1 from Eredivisie, and 2 from Dutch 2nd division. In mid, 1 from Reading, 2 from Eredivisie, and 1 from Moldovan champion. At forward a guy from Kazak champion and Oldham Athletic in England. Either team on paper would give us a run . Blackjack15
Top 6 - Nations League A 2019-2020 Top 10 - Gold Cup 2019 Two matches left in Round 3 One important: French Guiana (3pts) VS Guyana (4pts) If either win that will get either in the Top 10, if draw it helps El Salvador catch a break Can’t believe La Selecta might miss out on Copa de Oro! | Standings |
Gian-Luca
Goal differential is the first tiebreaker, so even if El Salvador wins they may not make Group A, and if they do win it will ensure Canada will finish ahead of Jamaica unless we get blown out at home by FG. jtpc
Regardless of what happens tomorrow, we know that Curacao, Haiti, Us, Cuba, Jamaica, and Martinique are the top 6 heading into March. Should be an interesting finish with Haiti playing Cuba and Jamaica travelling to El Salvador. If Guyana wins tomorrow, they could still be a bit of a sleeper pick. Their goal difference would be +8 at least and they could potentially max out at 10 points, so If Martinique or Jamaica dropped points, Guyana could still potentially have a way in. Thinking way too far ahead to League A, if Martinique ends up in League A, I don't want them to be drawn into our group. After not earning any points in our Gold Cup game against French Guiana, I don't want a repeat of that where we'd have 2 of our 4 League A group stage games not earning FIFA points. grigorio
can someone refresh my memory how these match-ups were determined and how come some similar teams like Jamaica have tougher matchups than what we've faced? Or should I not ask...

Gian-Luca
Of the teams on 6 points who could theoretically catch us on 9 points, 2 play each other (Bermuda and D Republic), while St Kitts and Nicaragua play road matches against teams that won't exactly be pushovers for them. After that the goal differential for the other teams is pretty much insurmountable for catching us. The exception being the Guyana factor mentioned above since they could get to 10 points if they win tomorrow. SkuseisLoose
So all we require in march is a tie to qualify for league A but I guess we should definitely win it considering how French Guiana has been playing.
Keegan
Some of these results are hard to wrap your head around. So Turks and Caicos beat St. Vincent and Grenadines 3-2 at home. Meanwhile, St. VAG had just beat their Pot A team, French Guiana, 1-0 away in October. Turks and Caicos on the other hand just lost 8-0 at home to Guyana and 11-0 to Cuba previous to that. So based off that one would expect Guyana to handle French Guiana tomorrow, but French Guiana still has to be favourite.
Alex
Curaçao 6 Guadeloupe 0! Man curaçao looks like a force! I did watch the highlights and several of their goals were free headers and tap ins. Maybe Guadeloupe underachieved in qualifying? Either way curaçao looks tough. devioustrevor
Anyone else find it kind of interesting that all three of Puerto Rico's games have ended the exact same way, them losing 1-0?
devioustrevor
I also find it interesting that Dominica still has a (admittedly small) chance of qualifying for the Gold Cup. They should easily beat Sint Maarten tonight, and then in February they play Bahamas who should, by that point, be the lowest ranked team in the world. So Dominica could end up on 7 points, which may be enough to qualify for the Gold Cup, depending on results elsewhere.

They were also as close as you could get to Patrick Van Aanholt before he made the Dutch team last year.. just imagine that, they would have had a Netherlands quality starter playing for them along with all the other talent they have. On paper Curaçao is at the same level as us, Honduras, Panama etc. Obinna

Gian-Luca
Finishes 2-1 for FG. They move up to 11th spot and will have everything to play for against us. However from what I saw from tonight from FG, we should be able to handle them - I didn't see a lot of the stronger players that played against us in the Gold Cup in 2017 (not sure if they have all retired or just can't be bothered to play in the CNL). They will need to beat us by 5 goals to move ahead of us in the standings.
