Should Canada change its formation?

I pose the question to all of you, should Canada change its formation? I mean Canada has used a 4-4-2 or even a 4-1-4-2 formation in the past. However, as far as formations go though in today's modern game, should the CMNT use a different formation?

4-14-2 is when you lose by a goal and take off your keeper for an extra attacker?

No it's when you try to get away with playing with an extra 10 midfielders and hope the ref doesn't notice.

Have you watched any recent Canada games? Do you know their current formation before suggesting to change it?

Only watched highlights of the New Zealand game not the actual game itself because I haven't had a chance to watch Canada games recently since I am so busy

Last Canada match that I watched was the New Zealand friendly well watched highlights in which they used a 4-5-1 formation. Neither here nor there. As far as formations go, should they change formation? In my opinion I say they should.

We've played a singular friendly match under Herdman. How are you going to suggest a change in formation, when we can't even be sure what his preferred shape is?

I suggest it because for me I like it when managers change up things on the fly rather than staying in one formation. However, maybe that is just me but most managers don't just stay in one formation and change things around a lot.

Alright @Tg11....you gotta give it a rest a little bit. I've been advocating for your sympathy with you being new and all, but now you're over doing the foolishness.

When? Canada has never been involved in any match fixing, so the extra man is ridiculous.

I don't know you, nor do i know your schedule....but thats a blatant lie. How? Why?

You joined on June 14, and have posted 318 times. A Voyaguer record averaging 26.5 posts a day!!!!

Canada has played only 4 games within the past year (June 2017 - 2018) there's a thread that has links to previously recorded games.

You're outrageous amount of posting tells me you got time.

Note: You were asked if you have watched any games...and it's fine that you haven't (as a new follower) but Google is everyones friend. This forum is not to be used a Google...you use Google as resource to back your constructive conversations even if you have to act as if you already knew. If you have questions, use the search...chances are what you are asking is not revolutionary and has been talked about for at least a decade - read that forum to see if your answers are there, if not bump (posting to an outdated thread) thread. What you learn and state will still be factual giving others reason to engage in your conversation.

I think he means the national team not CSL

Pretty sure the national team were involved to some degree at the 2001 Confederation Cup (?). I remember reading about it on here years ago but I can't find anything on Google. I think @Blackdude wrote the post I am thinking of.

Edit: Wasn't the Confederation Cup, https://www.eightysixforever.com/2009/12/12/1615875/canadian-players-convicted-in
