James wins a lot of balls, has size strength pace but you're right some awful giveaways at back.  Maybe that's what is holding him back from moving to a bigger club.

Agreed on both counts.  I really hope we give other options (over James) a real go at CB moving forward.

Millar is sure getting himself into the play right now, seems like Osorio and the defenders have been trying to play it up to him on the wing a lot. Looks a little nervous to me, seems like he's just consistently making the safe plays as opposed to trying to use his foot skill. But that can be expected from a debutant who's nervous to make mistakes.
