Here are David's goals from this past season.  These links don't stay up for long either because Gent and/or Jupiler League are pretty strict with copyright.

Yeah, some of those finishes are class. He's going to be a top forward in concacaf for years to come.

Alphonso may be considered the biggest name of this generation, but David will be the goal leader of it, probably with Davies providing all the service with his tremendous ability.

It is incredible that we are blessed with two young stars that are complementary to one another. One scorer and one provider.

Better than having two providers with neither being able to finish, or vice versa.

Interview with XI MTL. He mentions that he wants to stay in Gent for another year and he never considered MLS.

He's absolutely right!

And as the minnows have left, a brace against Haiti surely would give him the Golden Boot.

With last night's goal he is now tied at 10th for our all-time goalscorers. Almost half way to Deros record. Not sure what the age cutoff is for typing player award, but he should get it. Antuna is also a candidate but he is 21.

Hopefully he has a similarly dominating season in Belgium and they are able to sell him for a huge transfer fee.

Specifically a Bundesliga club, and probably one of Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Freiburg or Hoffenheim.

This kid has an exciting future. Would love David at Dortmund and Davies at Bayern...

Also of note, I read a tweet that said he is the second youngest winner of the Gold Cup Golden Boot (behind Phonsie of course) and he is also in the top 20 for Gold Cup goals.

Somehow he managed to not win the young player of the tournament award. That went to Pulisic. I didn't watch enough of the USMNT to know if that is egregious or not.

I watched the match last night, the Panama match, the Guyana match and part of the T&T and Jamaica match. Pulisic was good and certainly deserving, though if we advanced further than the US, this award probably goes to David or maybe Antuna, who scored 4 goals himself from the wing.

From Alternate to starter, Antuna had a breakout tournament.
