You can tell it was edited and worked on by people who know their stuff - there wasn’t the typical gaffe and they included some of the best highlights. Hopefully that video can hit twitter and tv. baulderdash77
I think in the broader public David has been a bit under the radar because Davies has been so good, but he’s clearly one of the most important players for Canada in the next 2 cycles. baulderdash77
They mentioned on the game last night that he’s linked to several bigger clubs. I had assumed for some reason that his next move was to a mid level Bundesliga team for some reason (just my guess, no rumour or basis) Has there been anything out there for teams that have been mentioned? Dominic94
I wouldn’t be opposed to him spending another year in Belgium... but a move to a mid level Bundesliga team is not a bad thing. Ruffian, Obinna, BenFisk'sBiggestFan and 4 others
Keegan
Does anyone know much about the Belgian league? He must have a good shot at winning the Belgian Young Player of the Season award. It's been won by players like Youri Tielemans, Leon Bailey and Vincent Kompany in past years. The end of the season will be a big test for him because the way the league is set up he will be playing fixtures against the top teams and competing for continental spots the rest of the season and in between that he'll have the Belgian Cup final on May 1. If he plays well through this set of matches it will say a lot about his level. He seems to really love playing for Canada saying in one of his interviews that coming on international breaks is like going on vacation because he gets to play with his best friends. apbsmith, Macksam, Northvansteve and 8 others

BenFisk'sBiggestFan
Both Gladbach and BVB have great histories of developing young players. I am confident he would develop at either club. I really don’t like BVB though, Gladbach would be a great place to land. Alex D
Keegan
From a Canadian soccer perspective we need to be rooting for Dortmund to get him. The storyline between him and Davies would just be too good. David v Davies, the battle of the 2000s, the 2 solitudes, BVB v Bayern. Could be like a friendlier version of the Malkin v Ovechkin rivalry. masster, johnyb, Pottsy3 and 5 others

shamrock
He's in a good place, decent level and playing every single week. I wouldn't be surprised if he's sold, but then I hope Gent can loan him for another season. Score a sh!tload of goals next season and then walk into the line-up of a Borussia Dortmund or whatever. johnyb and Cblake

And that’s what I like the most.” Cblake, Northvansteve, Ruffian and 4 others 6
