For one, he finally identifies more than 10 cities but 6 of them do not have stadiums. He gives no names of them. The CPL is devoted of building a serious infrastructure which also includes pop-up stadiums. Many other info as well. Well nothing new, but he affirms that the league will be launched with 6 teams and others are expected to join in the proceeding years.
