Langley Township, where a rumoured CPL club may play at the LEC, considers itself part of the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver. From the Township of Langley website : Centrally located in the Fraser Valley, the Township of Langley offers an unparalleled transportation network, world-class amenities and parks, and some of the region's most affordable housing and business lease rates. Recently identified as Metro Vancouver's fastest growing municipality, we welcome you to explore why so many people are choosing our "community of communities" as the place to live, work, and play. https://www.tol.ca/ Maple Ridge is listed in the West Fraser Valley here : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fraser_Valley
SpursFlu
Metro Vancouver is a technical area based on an effort for governments to work together in a super city type concept so there is some continuity between municipalities. It's an arrangement like the EU (no jokes please, lol) Culturally, physically and all else Langley is the Fraser Valley. If you live in Langley your living a Fraser Valley lifestyle. Surrey is to your immediate west. Aldergrove/Abbotsford to your immediate east. Fraser valley is bridge and tunnel, literally Edited March 18, 2020 by SpursFlu

IAmPappy
Good to see this in Montreal. Has anyone catalogued all the Supporter’s Groups in non-CPL markets? I know of a few, but would be interesting to see the full list, and ideally, a rough membership size. Stay safe out there. TGAA_Star
If anything expanding the league to at least 16 teams would definitely make things more competitive but then if you have a 20 team league for CPL...you can run it in a molded image similar to the English Premier League like for example they have 20 teams in their league and if you are in the bottom 4 or something you get relegated and other Canadian cities take your spot...something like that

CDNFootballer
Metro Vancouver is always simmering and with Rob Friend's group possibly having a locked in lower expansion fee as some rumors have mentioned may likely happen sooner than later. That option apparently expired. There's no current rumors of a team coming to the Fraser Valley. Clanachan didn't even list them recently as one of the areas in discussion.
