Just fantastic  to see a bright Canadian  prospect, in Liverpool's system, proud to wear the Canadian shirt. Bravo young lad. Wish this would happen more often. Perhaps he is the start of a new trend for Canadian youth.

I like this line in it:

" And though Canada (89th) are considerably lower than Wales (20th) in the FIFA world rankings, and Herdman has a near-impossible job on his hands pushing them up the table"

I love this quote from the article:

“When I got the email from the coach I was quite shocked because I didn’t really expect it and it was kind of just out of nowhere,” he told LiverpoolFC.com. "Everyone in Canada knows the coach only uses regular mail."

I made the second part up, hope you liked it.

Ouch Petrasso.. really has to improve his defending 1v1 if he's gonna last in this position.

All Petrasso has to do is keep him outside there. 0:06 seconds when Millar pushes the ball inside, Petrasso shouldn't be changing his stance, because as you see next, he can't move his feet quick enough to recover his position. That's why he gets beat.

That's just a lack of experience. The more reps he gets at RB the sooner he'll get over that - hopefully.

Don’t know if he is ready for a Championship loan and I don’t even know if it is necessary. He is still very young and I think it is fine for him to keep training at Liverpool with the first team and hopefully get a Cup appearance or two - or dare I dream of an EPL debut?

I think a loan will be required when and if the time comes where he needs first team minutes for development. I don’t think it is needed he has the Liverpool U-23’s for the time being.
