Let' not count our chickens before they hatch boys with the "role model of a generation" and "potential star" tags. Millar is a great talent and should be a 10 year pro, but there is still a long road to first-team football. Remember, Millar was left with the u19s while u17 striker Ryain Brewster was promoted to the Liverpool u23s. He'll likely need to leave Liverpool to show what he's got similar to how Brooks Lennon left the Liverpool u23s to play in MLS.

Rhian Brewster starred for England in the recent U17  FIFA WC. He won the golden boot and scored successive hat-tricks against the USA in the quarter-finals and  Brazil in the semi-final. He then scored again in the final, which England won. He is no doubt the star in Liverpool's stable, so no surprise there.  Millar I believe has also played a few games for the U23s and iirc scored in one of the games. It is  a long road to first team football as Luca Petrasso would attest to, but Millar is looking good so far.

And Brewster played yesterday against Sevilla, so all this promotion to the U23s, all very well, but he is playing youth league still. Like Liam.

Liam has not won a world cup and golden boot yet, let's be clear. Arsenal signed Cesc right after he was best player in a u-17 WC, it is the sort of break doing that gives you.
